Super easy, grain free, pasta that requires little preparation. The only things you need are a Vegetti or a spiralizer, or a potato peeler.
extra firm tofu
zucchini, spiralized, or peeled into strips
hummus, home prepared
onions, chopped (any kind)
shiitake mushrooms, cooked with salt
Braggs liquid aminos
Pink Himalayan Salt
Add 3 oz of extra firm tofu to a skillet with cook til light brown.
Spiralize your zucchini and place in a bowl.
Chop your veggies and combine with your hummus in a separate bowl.
Add Bragg’s liquid aminos to the hummus and vegetables and stir.
Season your tofu with garlic powder, basil, and salt/pepper. Take your tofu out of the skillet and let cool.
Combine the tofu with the noodles.
