Super easy, grain free, pasta that requires little preparation. The only things you need are a Vegetti or a spiralizer, or a potato peeler.

Instructions
  1. Add 3 oz of extra firm tofu to a skillet with cook til light brown.
  2. Spiralize your zucchini and place in a bowl.
  3. Chop your veggies and combine with your hummus in a separate bowl.
  4. Add Bragg's liquid aminos to the hummus and vegetables and stir.
  5. Season your tofu with garlic powder, basil, and salt/pepper. Take your tofu out of the skillet and let cool.
  6. Combine the tofu with the noodles.
