Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Place tofu in a glass baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and pour over tofu.
  4. Bake tofu for about 20 minutes, turning once.
  5. Remove from oven and cool for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. In a large bowl, toss next 5 ingredients until mixed; top with cooled tofu and pan juices.
