Instructions
  1. Skin the kiwis - chop off the top and bottom, stand and slice off the edges (not your fingers)
  2. Peel bananas (a monkey can do it, so can you)
  3. Chop or grate ginger
  4. Throw fruits, oats and ginger into a blender with the milk and yogurt
  5. Blend
  6. Enjoy!
