At 20 years old, I felt completely miserable. I tried to hide it behind enthusiasm and makeup, but at the end of the day, I was struggling. I was exhausted, constantly pretending I wasn’t.

Why was I feeling this way? Mostly because I had no confidence and I felt like CRAP. Sorry, but it’s true.

I was always sick. I had horrible stomach aches and debilitating migraines every day. And I had cystic acne for 11 years that I thought would never go away.

I had no confidence in myself and I definitely didn’t like my body. Anytime I accidentally brushed my hand against my skin, or saw a picture of myself, I was reminded of my chronic skin issues and skinny fat physique

I got involved in an unhealthy lifestyle of drinking and binge eating fatty, processed foods. This resulted in weight gain and poor physical health.

20170212_105623After months of this cycle of drinking and eating, I gained 20+ of fat, my cystic acne got way worse, and my mental health was declining.

Every part of my body started accumulating fat. Cellulite started appearing on my legs and my stomach was getting bigger.

I remember trying to start working out at home but I could barely do a few body weight squats without my legs wanting to give up! I was more out of shape than I could ever have imagined.

So, I decided to flip my eating habits 100%.

I ended up losing all the extra body fat I had gained, PLUS some. My body fat was roughly 25-26% and I got it down to 16%.

I got lean, I got fit, and I got athletic.

I resolved my digestive/stomach issues, got rid of my migraines, and cured my cystic acne! And after 6 years of this lifestyle, I have stayed lean, improved my health even more, and gained a TON of strength!

But most importantly, I took control of my health and got my confidence back!

The best part about all of this is that I realized that all it takes to get lean and healthy is CONSISTENTLY doing the RIGHT things over time.

And I did it LOVING what I eat and indulging in carbohydrates, without even counting calories.

Not to mention, I built my physique and transformed my health on a PLANT BASED VEGAN DIET.

I became a certified nutritionist and personal trainer so I could help others achieve similar results..

There are so many people I meet who want to get LEAN, and reach their health and fitness goals (like I did) on a plant based vegan diet.

My digestion improved, my acne cleared, and I felt re-energized.
